Our delivery prices are only based on the type of delivery method you wish to choose. We keep delivery costs as low as possible in order to pass on great savings to our loyal customers.

*Based on Royal Mail averages however a parcel is not classed as missing until 15 working days after the day of dispatch.

Dispatch of Products

Most orders received by 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day subject to stock availability and cleared funds (except our Next Day service with a 3pm cut off). Ordering on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will cause your order to be dispatched the next working day. Orders are sent using Royal Mail. A working day is classified as Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Please note all shipping services may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, industrial action or other unforeseeable circumstances. We will do our best to keep to the above time scales but they are subject to the conditions that are in place at the time.
